the problem
Coast's ops team was running logistics from four overlapping spreadsheets. Truck assignments were wrong twice a week.
the solution
I built a single console that replaced all four. Real-time truck status, driver assignments, and a permission model so dispatch and finance see different views.
human contribution
Designed the data model and the UX. AI generated most of the role-based permission code.
