Acceptable Use Policy

Qualified Vibes is a portfolio site for builders. To keep it useful, the following are not allowed:

Identity

• Impersonating another person, company, or organisation
• Claiming credentials, qualifications, or awards you do not hold
• Submitting recommendations under a name that is not yours, or pretending to be a past client

Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Sexually explicit material or material harmful to minors
• Spam — unsolicited contact-form messages, bulk recommendation requests to unrelated parties, fake recommendations
• Any activity that interferes with the operation of the site

Content

• Material that infringes intellectual property rights
• Confidential client information you do not have permission to publish
• Malware or links that lead to phishing, malware, or scams

Automated access

• Scraping the site outside our public API (when available)
• Excessive automated traffic that degrades service for others
• Automated creation of accounts or recommendation requests

Enforcement

We may hide content, warn or suspend accounts, revoke recommendations, or remove content entirely when this policy is violated. Every action is logged in our audit log.

Suspended accounts can appeal at legal@qualifiedvibes.com. We aim to acknowledge appeals within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days.
