Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a contract between you and Colorfactory Studio Ltd, a company registered in England, operating Qualified Vibes at qualifiedvibes.com. Governed by the laws of England and Wales. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

1. Account terms

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in line with UK GDPR. The information you publish must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and you must hold the rights to any work you display.

2. Content ownership

You own the content you publish on Qualified Vibes — bio, projects, screenshots, links, and any text you write. By publishing, you grant Colorfactory Studio Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, cache, and index your content for the purposes of operating the platform. The licence ends when you delete the content.

3. Verified recommendations

Recommendations are submitted by past clients through a single-use, time-limited link. Once submitted they are stamped to your profile. You cannot edit or remove a recommendation; the verifier who wrote it can ask us to take it down at any time, and platform admins can remove any recommendation that violates these terms. Each builder may send at most one recommendation request per 24 hours and twenty per 30 days, to prevent abuse.

4. Identity verification

The qv* qualified stamp is awarded only after a successful Stripe Identity check. We never see your underlying ID document; Stripe does. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of the verification timestamp at any time, which removes the stamp.

5. Prohibited content

• Impersonation or false claims about your work, qualifications, or recommendations.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting individuals or groups.
• Material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Content unsafe for general audiences.
• Automated scraping outside our public API (when available).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from settings at any time. Recommendations you wrote about other builders are retained with your name nulled to “Verified Client” to preserve those builders’ profiles.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence and fraud. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to £100. We don’t accept liability for any loss of business, profits, or data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, except that we may bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction if you are a consumer.

9. Changes

Material updates require re-acceptance on next sign-in. Continued use after a non-material change constitutes acceptance.
